The Red Pill Diaries are my unvarnished, sometimes offensive, slightly narcissistic observations on my red pill journey.
If you’re looking for my unwoke content, head over to the Actively Unwoke Substack.
It wasn’t an experience I ever expected to have in my life, but I was sitting in a field and then I looked up and was surrounded by dicks.
I’m not joking.
It was the last two events in the naked Olympics at Porcfest 2023 and everyone watching and participating in the event had to move from the Body Freedom Campsite to a field just a few aisles away at the back of the campground for the discus throw (with frisbee) and the long run to the end of the field and back. The winners of these events would decide the winner of the olympics.
We got to the field, and I sat down…and when I looked up, there were contestants standing to either side of me, and I couldn’t help but be completely amused by the realization that I was literally surrounded by dicks.
But seriously, the naked olympics at Porcfest was glorious.
From a first-time spectator perspective, it was one of my favorite events at Porcfest.
I had become curious about the naked olympics after hearing last year that one contestant ran the olympics wearing nothing butt his gun.
And I seemed even more destined to check it out because the RV site I was hosting the Unwoke Art hub on was just a few campsites away from the Body Freedom hub this year.
So, I had to go. I seriously didn’t know what to expect when I got there.
But we were welcomed in, and settled in with a drink before they got started. I think there were 9 contestants, 2 women, 7 men. The events were archery (with a plastic bow and arrow set they bought at CVS), a shuttle run, a medicine ball throw, tug of war, all on their camp site. And then we moved over to the larger field for the discus and the long run.
It’s hard not to smile and enjoy yourself when you’re watching naked adults, totally unencumbered, running around playing games in a completely innocent way.
There was a range of ages participating, and I don’t recall seeing anyone under 18 over there when it was going on (the family arena is on the opposite side of the campground, and it really was quite a hike to get over there) but honestly…even if they were I don’t think witnessing the events could possibly do any damage.
There was nothing remotely sexual about it.
Can we be honest that nudity is not the same as porn? And it’s certainly not the same as abuse?
It just really doesn’t seem like a good idea to teach people that a naked body, on its own, with nobody doing anything sexual…why are we teaching that’s a bad thing?
Everyone has a body.
I can agree with the idea that there should be designated areas for it, fine. I think that seems fair and reasonable.
At Porcfest, there were clearly marked areas for body freedom. There were agreed upon boundaries. No one had to go near the naked area if they don’t want to. The campground was huge, it was very easy to be somewhere else.
But even if someone wandered over there not realizing it, there was nothing sexual going on.
I've thought a lot about this over the past few days....and I'm totally on the pro-body freedom bandwagon.
It was an open, welcoming, positive environment.
I can hear the person running the event saying "ALL BODIES ARE BEAUTIFUL!" in my head.
I can absolutely understand how it's a freeing, and dare I say, empowering experience.
This was not a sexual event.
This event was not dangerous to children.
No one had to be there or participate.
No one was hurt.
Everyone had fun.
There was nothing sexual about it.
I'm so tired of pretending that anything to do with nudity is inherently sexual or bad. It's not.
And that goes for the people riding the bikes naked in the pride parade via Libs of Tik Tok.
You’ll make the argument that this is more public than a campground. Well, did the parade have a permit? Did you know they were going to be there? Could you have made the choice to walk down another street?
And if Libs of Tik Tok thought that video would be so damaging to people then why did they share it unedited with their audience?
If you don't want your kids to see that, then don't take them, problem solved.
But if everything is voluntary, everyone knows it’s going to be there, people can very easily not attend if they don’t want to and it’s not sexual (no, riding bikes is not sexual, I’m sorry).
We shouldn't be teaching people to be ashamed of their bodies.
If you’re going to feign being angry about this, maybe you should be angry with Libs of Tik Tok for sharing it to a far larger audience than it would have had otherwise.
More minors probably saw those men riding bikes because of Libs of Tik Tok.
Wouldn’t it be easier to just admit that the people who claim to be outraged by this aren’t really outraged by this, and are just using it for likes and shares?
There are legitimate problems in the world. There are legitimate problems with REAL grooming in schools.
I am completely against this stuff being made compulsory, like making kids in school participate in a pride parade.
But on private property? Or on public property when it’s agreed upon, permitted, and advertised in advance? When it’s agreed upon and voluntary by everyone and no one has to participate if they don’t want to, and there’s nothing sexual about it?
Every single time people focus energy on things like this, it takes energy and attention away from things that do matter.
If you truly believe that everything you don't like is sexual, then maybe you're the one who is projecting your own sexual repression and unlived urges onto everyone else.
I really mean that. Why else would you see everything as sexual if you weren’t sexually repressed yourself? These things manifest from somewhere. I don’t say that to be mean or cruel…but there really are therapists for that sort of thing, you know?
You don’t need to take that out on other people.
I’m suggesting that people should be allowed to see the world differently than you as long as it’s voluntary and you don’t have to engage with them.
Is that so hard? Am I asking so much?
I don’t think so.
"...one contestant ran the olympics wearing nothing BUTT his gun." 😂
Sorry. No one - gay, straight, whatever - should be walking/riding naked down a public street. I thought we had laws about this stuff? If you don't think it's sexual, I don't think I'm the one that needs a therapist. No one in their right mind rides their bike naked down the street just to do it. Do that weird perverted stuff somewhere in a private closed event. Not on a public street. Keep your clothes on in public.
