If you're a Democrat who thinks the political left has gone nuts, please learn from my mistakes.

Do not trust conservatives. Ever. They are no different than the left.

It wasn’t until today that I realized just how petty and vindictive conservatives are.

Truly.

These are people who are not worth helping. They are not worthy of your time or energy. They will use you, and then spit in your face, stab you in the back, throw you under the bus for your trouble. Just save yourself the time and energy. It is not worth it.

I know because that’s what they did to me. When I left the Democratic party in early 2020 after 20 years, my head was spinning. I had just woken up to the epic amount of lies the media had told me. I didn’t know what was real, and what was make believe. And I had the extra bonus of trying to figure all of this out in the public eye after almost 4 million people read an article I wrote about being a Democrat at a Trump rally.

I was love bombed endlessly by conservatives, received thousands of messages saying my story had inspired them to hope that they could have a better relationship with their friends and family who they had “lost” to Trump derangement syndrome.

What I didn’t consider at the time was that conservatives probably “lost” them by insulting them endlessly - LIBTARD is their favorite term - or screeching at them calling them a baby killer. They also like to declare that everyone who disagrees with them is mentally insane while they’re the ones who genuinely want to strap women who are raped down and force them to give birth against their will.

At the time, it seemed like I had no other choice. I was getting canceled by the woke left for dramatically exiting the party, and the conservative right picked me up. I always said that I wasn’t a conservative. “We don’t care,” they answered. “This is the big tent.”

They stopped telling people it was a big tent not long after Biden entered office. It was all just a game to get votes. When it didn’t work out and they lost, the talk of a “big tent” got thrown out the window.

But when I got thrown into things, it seemed real. People knew I wasn’t a conservative, they knew I was pro-choice, they knew I did not follow their Judeo-Christian belief system and none of it mattered. They said “you’re welcome here even though we may not agree on everything.”

People pretended that they never knew that I had woo woo beliefs, but I call bullshit. I literally have had a psychic on my YouTube channel every single week since early 2020. In my interviews about my Trump rally article, I talked about how I thought I had channeled it from God. No one cared until AFTER Biden left office and then, all of a sudden, I was deemed crazy for not towing the conservative line.

I still see people saying “she started to go crazy in 2021.” No, conservatives. I wasn’t the one who went crazy. You did.

I gave up six months of my life to travel every single week to do rallies that conservatives refused to show up to because they were afraid (they always made excuses). I left everything I knew behind to fight for what I thought was right - to get Trump a second term because Joe Biden obviously had dementia and that really didn’t seem like a good idea.

And in that time, I knew damn well that there were things I couldn’t talk about. They knew I was pro-choice, but I never talked about it because every time I did, I would have BAAAABY KILLER screamed in my face (literally screamed). If I said that the constitution was pretty clear that children born in the USA are US citizens, conservatives would screech ANNNNNCHOR BAAAAAABY and declare they would outlaw the practice. But I didn’t mind holding back on these issues, partly because I didn’t really care about them much anyway and partly because there were bigger priorities.

I did my job. I showed up when they wouldn’t. And after Joe Biden entered office, I began working on the thing that I was really passionate about anyway - doing activism to end woke culture. And what happened? Conservatives fucked that up to. They sabotaged a bill I was lobbying for in New Hampshire to prevent critical race theory from being taught in schools.

It wasn’t sabotaged by Democrats. It was sabotaged by conservatives, all because they didn’t have the balls to do what was necessary.

I had always been willing to compromise with conservatives as long as they were on board with things I cared about in regards to critical race theory and woke culture. After that happened, there was no reason to pretend anymore - it was clear to me that, for all the lip service they paid it, conservatives did not care about this and would not fight for it. In fact, they would sabotage it every step of the way. This was in April 2021.

So, I left. I left so quietly that most conservatives didn’t even realize I’d left. I joined the Libertarians, who I had more in common with anyway, and began working with them. I had no idea what effective activism looked like until I saw clearly what the Libertarians were doing in New Hampshire. I was excited to be a part of it.

And then in June 2021, conservatives started canceling me. And have done so over and over and over and over again, each time screeching YOU WERE NEVER A CONSERVATIVE.

No shit, Sherlock, I always told you that.

Every single time conservatives cancel me, they pretend they don’t understand that I was never a conservative. And then they screech and screech and screech and screech about it over and over again. They invented this story, that I lied about being conservative just to trick them, when I never did. They literally made it up. There are literally clips of me saying “I’m not a conservative” from 2020 but that doesn’t matter. Facts don’t matter. The “free thinkers” don’t care - why look at footage that tells you the truth when you can just make up fantasy and then bully people for the things you made up relentlessly? So much for “facts don’t care about your feelings.”

Conservatives have lied about me up and down the internet. They have diagnosed my mental health without ever saying more than two words to me.They are probably the ones responsible for getting my Twitter account banned because there’s a group of them who report every tweet I send. And then they have the gall to complain and whine all the time about how they’re treated.

Conservatives are treated like shit by the rest of the country because they deserve to be, no other reason. This is what they’ve earned with their behaviors towards other people.

If I seem like I’m bitter it’s because I am.

I might be singing a different tune if conservatives had shown that they really did believe in a big tent, that they really did believe in diversity of thought, that they really did care about fighting back against woke culture. I remember attending CPAC in 2021 believing that it really was possible that conservatives could follow through on all of this, and I would have been thrilled if they had.

But they didn’t.

I turned my life upside down and gave up all of my free time in 2020 to fight to try to wake people up, get Democrats to leave the party, all to try to get people to vote for Trump because he was the obviously better option. Even though I never really considered myself totally MAGA, I wore the Keep America Great hat, and a MAGA mask all over the place in 2020 because I wanted to show conservatives who were afraid to that they could speak up and express their beliefs. I put myself in literal physical danger to show up for conservatives, all because I thought it was the right thing to do.

And they didn’t appreciate any of it. They didn’t appreciate any of the people who went out on a limb to vote for their guy in 2020.

Conservatives are the most ungrateful, unappreciative people that I have ever been around in my life. They have no principles at all. I understand now that they literally felt ENTITLED to our votes in 2020. As much as the conservatives talk about how the woke left feels constantly entitled, understand that they are only projecting their entitlement onto others. It’s not that the woke left doesn’t feel entitlement - they do. But that’s not why conservatives call them entitled. They do it because THEY feel entitled themselves, but don’t want to admit it.

So, that brings me to what happened today to remind me that conservatives are petty, bitter cunts.

My main Twitter account got permanently banned today and, while I actually feel pretty confident it’ll be reinstated (it was for posting government email addresses, which are public information), it’s actually been a fascinating exercise in watching how conservatives react. It showed their true colors.

I have a Twitter account for my book, Actively Unwoke. It’s a field guide of everything I learned after experimenting for almost two years with how best to fight back against the woke left. This is something conservatives should actually like and appreciate - I literally wrote a book telling people how to defeat the left, laying out specifically what they needed to do.

And after my main Twitter account got banned for no good reason, conservatives celebrated and then tried to get my Actively Unwoke account banned too.

Not all of them of course, but enough.

And most of the ones that didn’t said nothing, as they always do. They say nothing. They do nothing. They sit back and wait for everyone else to do it for them.

What possible explanation might conservatives have for trying to get an account banned that is solely dedicated to fighting back against the woke left?

In theory, this is a good thing. In theory, this is something they SHOULD support.

But no. They don’t. And not only do they not support it, they actively try to cancel it themselves. Conservatives don’t care about fighting woke culture because what they really want is to use woke culture against their enemies.

You can tell exactly what people believe based on their actions, and conservatives only cared about stopping cancel culture because they are the ones getting canceled. It’s not the principle. They don’t believe in a free exchange of ideas. They want to rule people as much as the left does.

You want to know why conservatives have no culture? Because they are completely closed off to creativity, and you need creativity in order to create culture.

Creativity can not exist among conservatives.

They have rigid, inflexible mindsets that are utterly incapable of understanding that people see the world differently than they do. That’s why they believe that everyone who disagrees with them has a mental illness - they cannot acknowledge that there are different ways to see the world.

After January 6 and the inauguration, I watched as conservatives grew angry and bitter. I watched as they started to bully people like me, people they had brought in under the “big tent” but had never fully become conservative.

I’m one of the people they drove away, but I’m far from the only one.

There is nothing I regret more in my life than standing up for conservatives and allowing them to use me in the way they did.

I stayed in this game after 2020 because I believe in fighting back against woke culture. When I say that I hate cancel culture, I actually mean it. When I say I hate the indoctrination in the schools, I actually mean it. These are things worth fighting against. Unlike conservatives, who only claim to care and then do absolutely nothing (or try to cancel people who are), I’m in this for real. These are things I believe in.

But I am not now, nor have I ever, fought to remove the woke left from power to install the authoritarian right. Fuck that. If conservatives had power, they would be more dangerous than the woke left is. They would unleash Gilead on all of us. They are far more evil, far more vile, far more driven by emotions and irrational hatred of their enemies than most people on the left are.

I will never vote for another Democrat in my life. But I’ll never vote for another Republican either.
